The Dustbowl Daddies - Goodbye Great Society

The Dustbowl Daddies – Goodbye Great Society

The Dustbowl Daddies are a folk-pop combining lush harmonies, lyrical intensity, and barn-yarn stomping.

The Dustbowl Daddies are preaching the end of the world with a zest that makes you almost happy to attend it. They may sound like ZZ Top if the Bearded Ones had ditched their electric guitars and learned to sing in harmony, but this is well-studied stuff. Cynicism never sounded this contended.

Mango Cat – Didja

It was about time that someone started to burgle in on the great West-African guitar music being made at the moment. However, you may not have expected for that group in question to be from the USA, to have an obsession for Wayne’s World, and a name as good as Mango Cat.

Their melding on African Pop is seamless, and although we can’t predict trends as clearly as some have accused as of, we would certainly endorse Afro-beat as the next musical force unleased on the pop world.
