Photo Ops – Walking Under The Tress (Review)

Photo Ops - Walking Under The Tress

With the kind of acoustic guitar skills that would have gotten him (band leader Terry Price) an endless supply of work back in the early 1870s, and confident, slacker vocals reminiscent of Nada Surf or Pavement, Photo Ops sound like a unit that’s found its place in the world.

“Walking under the trees” outshines many of its indie-folk brethren simply through the excellent musicianship and tastefulness playing that can be heard on this recording.
