Saer – Call Me Out

Saer - Call Me Out

In the grand tradition of singer-songwriters looking upon their lives through the perspective of awarded by having a newborn, Saer writes song for her daughter.

It’s quite a gorgeous tune that, largely, avoids platitudes and instead calls on the daughter to hold the father true to his promises. It’s a cute message, albeit one delivered in the softly whispered singing characterizing 2020 indie-folk.
