Stables sounds like an all too polite magician insisting on performing his/her trick regardless of what your opinion. There’s a feel-good vibe to it though, that can’t be denied, and the artist in question stick to like a method actor.
Stables is good-feel music but made by people who genuinely seem to be and act in this manner. It may give you a bit of a toothache, but the group’s sweetness is, at least in part the result of their shared knowledge of how to work a crowd.
