Trickster Figures are a rock duo that between them appear to possess near-perfect communication. Much like great rock couples of the recent past (the White Stripes, Two Gallants) they are also inspired by roots music and complement this by the addition of banjo, acoustic guitars, and a nice understanding of music production.
Throughout “Black Hole” the voices of the two musicians chase themselves frenziedly until the reverb drenched whistling of the final bars lays it all down to rest.
