Walboom - Vultures (Review)

Walboom are indie-rock revisionists militarizing their disco-bass vocal melodies, while in a distant funk past these would have featured only as layers for lyrical frosting.

In indie-pop’s endless quest to write desert-dance songs, bands will stop at nothing from grabbing the most thigh-splitting grooves from anywhere they see fit.

Walboom are looking to populate the same discos as their peers, but their grooves are following them like an obedient dog on a chain.
