Ok. The 1976 NYC punk bands had an incredible charm about them while playing random pieces of music, with great enthusiasm and little flair in terms of actual technique. It’s a wonderful sound, rarely counterfeited.
Wearebaby sounds like that to me. The vocals are an exercise in attention-seeking. The musical arrangements are sound, simply delivered in a charming abecedarian way.
It sounds like a recording your friend made and forced you to listen through. By the time it’s over you have to give your honest opinion. Ours is that this is quite good.
